4. Eligibility

5. No Warranty

While we strive to maintain equipment in working order, vending machines are provided "as is." We are not liable for:

Temporary equipment downtime
Product availability or stock-outs
Third-party product defects

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Tropic Treat Vending shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Lost profits or business interruption
Damages exceeding the value of services provided

7. Client Responsibilities

As a service recipient, you agree to:

Provide suitable space and electrical access
Maintain a safe environment for equipment
Notify us promptly of any equipment issues
Not tamper with or relocate equipment without authorization

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice (notice period specified in individual agreements). Upon termination, we will remove equipment within a reasonable timeframe.

All content on this website, including logos, text, and design, is the property of Tropic Treat Vending and protected by U.S. copyright laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Florida courts with proper jurisdiction.

You agree to indemnify and hold Tropic Treat Vending harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of equipment or violation of these terms.
